Birth Support Package
In-person care for mothers preparing for a natural birth at home, in a birth center, or in the hospital.
One complimentary virtual or in-person consultation
3 prenatal meetings in your home, or in another place of choice.
Assistance in creating your birth vision and plan.
Phone/text/email support for questions throughout your pregnancy.
On-call, in-person labor assistance once you are ready for more support and continuous support throughout your labor, birth, and 1-2 hours post-delivery.
2 postpartum follow-up visits in your home 1-2 weeks after your birth.
To reserve your place, a $200 retainer is due when we enter into an agreement. This goes toward your total investment in care. The remaining balance is due by your 36th week of pregnancy.
Virtual Birth Support
If you are unable to have in-person support, virtual support provides the flexibility and accessibility you need from wherever you are.

Postpartum | 20 Hour Support Package
This in-home support is designed to uphold you during the tender weeks after birth. Each visit is shaped around what you need most on that day, services include:
2 prenatal planning sessions
Breastfeeding and newborn care guidance
Light meal prep and help with household tasks
Time for you to rest, shower, or simply be
Space to process and share your birth story
Herbal and nutritional suggestions
Prayer and encouragement
Includes 5 daytime visits (4 hours each). Additional hours can be added. $200 retainer secures your spot. Balance due by 36 weeks. Flexible payment options available.
Virtual Postpartum Support
Remote support for postpartum healing and care for mothers outside of Middle TN
Space to process your birth experience
Support for early postpartum transitions
Herbal and nutritional recommendations
Prayerful encouragement and compassionate presence
