"I knew that this pregnancy I wanted to do things differently than my first and she has given me all the tools and resources I need to do so and from a biblical and holistic perspective! With my first birth I didn’t have the greatest experience and I ended up having a cesarean birth so with this being my first VBAC a little bit of fear crept in. Rachel has showed me how to properly navigate through my fears during this pregnancy and has helped me to be more knowledgeable about the things I put in my body.”
