You were made to give birth with strength, wisdom, and peace. But you weren’t meant to do it alone.
Whether this is your first birth or you're coming back to the experience hoping for something different, I’m here to walk with you.
At Amana, I provide birth doula support for mothers who want a natural birth experience rooted in autonomy, preparation, and trust in the Creator's design. Together, we prepare your body, your mind, and your heart for birth in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and aligned with your values.
I tailor my care to meet your unique needs.
When you choose to work with me, our journey together often looks like this:
Complimentary consultation – We’ll connect virtually or in person to discuss your vision for birth, answer questions, and begin building a supportive partnership.
Prenatal preparation – At least 3 sessions in your home or online, covering:
Partner involvement and preparation
Labor comfort techniques and support tools
Herbal and nutritional guidance for pregnancy and birth
Crafting your individualized birth plan with both practical and scriptural insight
Ongoing support – Unlimited phone, text, and email support to answer questions, ease anxieties, and celebrate milestones throughout your pregnancy.
Labor & birth support – I am on-call and present at 37 weeks, providing continuous in-person support from early labor, through delivery, and 1–2 hours postpartum. Support can begin at home and continue to your birth location of choice.
Postpartum follow-up – One in-home visit within 1–2 weeks after birth, including breastfeeding guidance, emotional support, and additional care planning. Extra in-person postpartum visits are available if needed.
Outcomes for You:
Confidence and clarity as you approach birth
Physical & emotional grounding during labor

"She has been so amazing since day one of me meeting her. I knew that this pregnancy I wanted to do things differently than my first and she has given me all the tools and resources I need to do so and from a biblical and holistic perspective! With my first birth I didn’t have the greatest experience and I ended up having a cesarean birth so with this being my first VBAC a little bit of fear crept in. Rachel has showed me how to properly navigate through my fears during this pregnancy and has helped me to be more knowledgeable about the things I put in my body. I would most definitely recommend Rachel!"
